Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Q. I bought Pro. Can I use it on another device?
If you’re signed in with the same Apple ID, tap “Restore Purchase” on the Pro screen. No additional charge.
Q. Where is my data stored?
All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. Uninstalling the app deletes the data.
Q. Do inspection signatures have legal effect?
Signatures captured in the app are an audit-trail aid confirming that the inspection took place. They do not guarantee legal enforceability. For formal agreements, please use a separate written document or consult an attorney.
Q. Can the PDF be used as evidence for security deposit disputes?
The PDF includes timestamped photos and condition records that can serve as objective documentation. However, the final judgment on deposit claims depends on the lease contract, local guidelines (e.g. Japan’s MLIT restoration guidelines), and applicable laws. Please consult a professional for legal matters.
Q. Is there a photo limit per property?
No. You can add as many photos as your device storage allows. Photos are auto-compressed to 1280px on the long edge.
Q. Do I need to capture all three signatures (landlord / tenant / agency)?
No. Signatures are optional. The PDF can be generated without any signatures.
Q. Is there an Android version?
Currently iOS only.
