Q. What’s the difference between Free and Pro?

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Q. Is there a limit on aircon units per job?

No. You can register as many units as needed for a single job (e.g. 5+ aircons in one home).

Q. Do I need to fill in the model information for every unit?

Optional. The PDF can be generated without it. However, older units (10+ years) carry higher breakage risk, so recording model info is recommended for pre-work agreement documentation.

Q. Can I record whether a unit has self-cleaning function?

Yes. Each unit’s registration form has a “Self-cleaning function” checkbox. Self-cleaning units require different disassembly procedures and pricing, so this is important for job management.

Q. Can I emphasize the dirty water bucket photo?

Yes. The “dirty water” capture phase is the 4th tab and is promoted to a dedicated ”★ Look what came out of the unit” highlight page in the Pro Customer Copy PDF template. The PDF layout is designed to make this photo impactful — it’s the moment customers visibly react.

Q. Where is my data stored?

All data is stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Q. What is the Customer Copy PDF (Pro)?

A PDF optimized for handing to the customer. It excludes business-internal info (pricing details, chemical usage) and presents the work summary, before/after photos, and next inspection recommendations in a customer-friendly layout.

Q. What is the Detail PDF (Pro)?

A comprehensive PDF including model info, chemicals used, work duration, and all capture phase photos. Use for internal records and detailed reports.

Q. Is there an Android version?

Currently iOS only.
