Privacy Policy

“Aircon Cleaning Report” (the “App”) respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles.

1. Data Stored Only on Your Device

Content created, captured, or entered in the App is stored only in your device’s local storage and is never transmitted to our servers or any external service.

Job information (customer name, address, phone, work date, worker name, notes)
Per-unit model information (location, maker, model number, install year, self-cleaning flag, chemicals memo)
Captured or selected photos
Comments, titles, and capture phase tags on photos
App settings (company name, default worker name, PDF footer, logo image)
Comment snippets
Pro entitlement state

Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.

2. Anonymous Usage and Diagnostic Information

To improve quality and fix bugs, the App sends the following anonymous information to Google’s Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. None of your content (customer names, addresses, photos, comments, model info) is included.

Screen navigation and feature usage counts
Anonymous environment information (device model, OS version, app version, region)
Crash stack traces and immediately preceding operations (Crashlytics)
App instance identifier (anonymous; advertising IDs are not used)

To stop sending it, toggle off “Allow usage analytics” in the Settings screen.

3. Device Capabilities

Camera: To photograph each capture phase (exterior, filter, disassembled, dirty water, washing, disassembled after, assembled). Images stored only on device.
Photo Library: To add existing photos to reports. Stored only on device.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App never discloses your device-stored content to any third party.

5. In-App Purchases (Pro)

Processed through Apple’s App Store / In-App Purchase system. Payment details are managed by Apple; the Developer does not receive any personal information.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is a business utility and is not directed at children. We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13.

7. Customer Information

The App is intended for business use (aircon cleaning operators) who may enter customer information for job execution. When entering customer info, limit it to what’s necessary and obtain appropriate consent from customers. The Developer is not responsible for how users handle their customers’ information.

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
