Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iPhone app “Aircon Cleaning Report” (“App”) provided by Moeki Kozawa (“Developer”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all actions taken by users in connection with the App.

2. License

The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not transfer, lend, or redistribute the App to third parties.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Remove or alter copyright or trademark notices
  • Technically remove or modify the “SAMPLE” watermark in PDFs without purchasing Pro
  • Violate any law or public order
  • Infringe on others’ rights (e.g. photographing a customer’s residence/equipment without consent, or using captured images outside the original purpose)
  • Cause damage or disadvantage to the Developer or third parties

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, capture, or enter in the App. User content is stored only on your device (see Privacy Policy section 1).

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your customers before using the App in their homes.

5. In-App Purchases (Pro)

5.1 Format

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription.

5.2 Feature Differences

5.3 Restore

Tap “Restore Purchase” on the Pro screen if signed in with the same Apple ID.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds follow Apple’s policy. Submit refund requests via reportaproblem.apple.com. The Developer cannot process refunds individually.

5.5 Price Changes

The Developer may change the Pro price in the future. Changes apply only to future purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyright and intellectual property in the App and its contents belongs to the Developer or its rightful owners.

7. Data Handling

Data handling is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 As-Is

The App is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

8.2 Business Use

The App is an assistive tool for creating aircon cleaning work reports and does not guarantee the legal validity of generated PDFs. You are responsible for confirming that report content and format conform to your organization’s policies and applicable laws and regulations (e.g. SDS-related regulations).

8.3 Customer Relations

The App is a report-creation tool. Customer contracts, complaint handling, and damage claims are outside the App’s scope. Handle these separately as the business operator.

8.4 Data Loss

App data is stored only on your device. Loss may occur due to device failure or OS updates. The Developer is not liable for damages from data loss. We recommend exporting PDFs as backups.

8.5 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

9. Service Suspension / Termination

The Developer may suspend or terminate the App without prior notice for maintenance, force majeure, or Developer-initiated discontinuation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed.

11. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
